HOW IS THIS PROGRAM DIFFERENT FROM
RESIDENTIAL CARE OR GROUP HOMES?

The Life Assist^SM Program provides a unique set of support services that enable a person with persistant behavioral health or substance abuse issues to sustain a stable recovery. Life Assist^SM helps a person to manage their lives so that everyday stresses do not become relapse triggers. Life Assist Coaches coordinate their work with affiliated professionals who will provide you with psychotherapy, substance abuse counseling, medication management and group therapies.

Life Assist^SM is not a residential program or a group home. Clients live in a furnished apartment in the community and meet with their Life Coach regularly. Life Coaches are available to them 24/7 for needed assistance.

Clinical services are not included in the monthly fee. Separate clinical fees are charged by your clinical providers. Clinical services are provided by our independent partner clinics, therapists and psychiatrists.

Your life coach will coordinate your support team (including therapists, counselors, psychiatrist and CASAC counselors) and your clinical group meetings (including alcohol and drug groups led by CASAC counselors) helping you fulfill your individualized treatment plan.
